Dried Spent wash powder at 5% moisture discharged from Spray Dryer is granulated in the Granulation Plant. Depending upon application we decide the recipe and quantity of other ingredients. We mix the wash powder with other ingredients in blender. After blending we feed this mixture into granulator.

After Granulation we do standard packing as per requirements. This granule is rich in potash. It contains organic carbon and other minerals. This granule can be stored in bags for longer time. It is easy to handle & transport. This granule is easily soluble in water. This can be used for various crops as Organic Fertilizer, In India this fertilizer is termed as potash derived from Molasses.

Materials are condensed in the disc, reducing the stress tolerant of the material which naturally separate with each with the aid of gravity and tension.

Rotary Drum Dryer: The granular fertilizer formed by the fertilizer granulator has high moisture content and shall be dried to meet the standard. Rotary drum drying machine is mainly used for drying fertilizer with certain humidity and particle size in the compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer production. The dryer drum is also suitable for drying other materials. After drying, the moisture content of compound fertilizer will be reduced to 2%-5% from 20%-30%, while the moisture content reducing range for organic fertilizer is from 40%-10%. Rotary dryer shall be used combining with cooling machine, as fertilizer granules after drying has high temperature, which is not good for storage.
